So, I'm in the market for a Chevy Truck.
Quick question, besides eBay, what online sites do you go to to find '67-'72 Chevy Trucks for sale?
I use the following, but I would like more suggestions: http://www.oldchevytruck.com http://www.cars-on-line.com/truck.html http://www.hemmings.com/index.cfm http://ww2.collectorcartraderonline.com http://www.dealsonwheels.com

I have been using this site to gain more traffic on my own, which is one of many in a network of sites that I own... even though I say I do not make anything off of them at all. Anyway the staff changed my signature instead of banning me, and will use it to advertise one of the sister sites instead! Check out www.http://streetcruizin.com or www.chevygmcclub.com they both rock. Also if you wish to subscribe to the site the information on how to do so is at http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/a....php?f=50&a=17 Thank you and enjoy your day. Re: So, I'm in the market for a Chevy Truck.
www.rustfreeclassics.com Gets nice rust free stuff and gets it to the midwest. I think they are in indiana. They do charge a bit more, but that would be only 1/3 of the trip and they do all the searching in cali and nevada and arizona. If not mistaken, they have a nice 4X4 orcher GMC burb, and a longhorn with some other stuff thrown in for good measure.

in the northeast check out www.specialinterest.com also if you can find a place that sells it,it's a weekly newspaper and has stuff in the paper that's not online as well as listings for shows and swapmeets
also www.hemmings.com again far better to buy the monthly mag than online

This is starting to look like a thread to subscribe to, or even a FAQ thread.

Re: So, I'm in the market for a Chevy Truck.
What year and model of truck are you looking for. People have trucks stashed that they do not advertise for sale, but just might if they new what you were looking for and how much you had to spend.

Re: So, I'm in the market for a Chevy Truck.
Thanks for all of the replies. Keep them coming!
55chevy... how to you find "classics" on cars.com or autotrader.com? They seem to only have modern vehicles. special-K... 2 funny. As long as I am married with kids, I'll never have enuff $$$. john@thepier... I would like to get a '67 - '68 shortbox, 2wd, fleetside, big back window, 90% + done C10. I already have a Buick project and I want something to drive around in while I work on my Buick. The project won't be done for at least two years and I'd like to make a purchase in the next 6 to 12 months.

Re: So, I'm in the market for a Chevy Truck.
On cars.com click the search 1983 and older vehicles, it lets you go way back. Auto trader you're right, it only goes back to 1981.

Re: So, I'm in the market for a Chevy Truck.
Good luck on finding a truck and if you haven't yet get some pics of the Buick project up. We don't ONLY like seeing these old trucks brought back to life, any old car is cool to most of us.
