What did you get done?
I worked this weekend so I didn't get much done. I spent most of yesterday at another volleyball tournament. This is the 3rd stop of a 4 stop series and my daughters team won again. They move on to the Gold division for the finals.
I washed my trucks and ran service calls today. What did you get done?

Re: What did you get done?
Got alot done this week!
Got my new seat cover on so I dont get my nice seat all greasy. Installed my 3.42's back in with a new more agressive locker. Installed new motor mounts. It would have been cake if it wasent for the headers! Installed my new used $35 Kenwood 400 watt amp, put the sony in the bird to power the sub. Got new 4x6's for the bird just dident have time to get them in. The old 4x6's are going in my sisters camaro. Finally decided to bolt the seat belts down after 7 years.

Re: What did you get done?
well since the machine shop is slow this time of year i get three day weekends.
friday i was finaly able to round up a few buds and get the front sheetmetal of my 80 c-10. after the clip was off i could start on cleaning the remainder of the yard. on saturday i spent half the day driving back and forth to the dump. took a few loads of lovely old garbage and really got the back yard looking good. sunday was a lazy day with absolutely nothing getting accomplished. this week i will focus on getting the short block, transmission, and driveline out of the truck so next week end i can get the cab down to nothing. Re: What did you get done?
well lets see, took the driver side header off, friday went with a freind and got some airbag suspension parts, went cruisin with another friend, and got another kid to do some burnouts, got it goin pretty good then took off, then did another one, we were in front of him, he turned his lights off, so we went back, and had to redo one of his air lines took about an hour with basically no tools to get a fitting on it so he could drive home, we followed him a little bit and we heard air again, so pulled over, and he had another hole in it so he prolly used the rest of the nitrogen bottle on the way home, saturday i didn't work and i went and looked at an early seventies dodge dart slant 6, 3 on the tree, he only wanted 500 for it but already had a 100 down payment, and said to call back within a couple weeks, today (sunday) went to church, then ate at my grandmas, then was supposed to go watch some drag racing at lawton, but the guys battery went dead, thats pretty much it
also last week got the rest of the 350 i am rebuilding down to a bare block, and am thinking about what i want to do to it

Re: What did you get done?
Worked on the doors and fenders, I should be ready to mount them soon, I got the front end put on and plan on putting the inner fender wells in next weekend. Started cleaning out my storage building so I could store our street rod. Can't believe how much money I have wrapped up in things!!

Re: What did you get done?
I pulled the aluminum square bore intake and put the cast iron spreadbore back on. Got the Quadrajet back on, just need to hook up the fuel line and I can see if she'll run. Also cleaned out the garage.

Re: What did you get done?
I went to a swap meet this morning, but did not buy anything. I spent the afternoon tightening the bolts on my tilt column. That was a real pain in the butt, but I got it done.

Re: What did you get done?
Sat, went bowling with my wife, her mom, and her moms fiance. The wife and I went out to dinner afterwards. Sunday, three oil changes and a rear brake job...that's about it.

Re: What did you get done?
I finished getting the cab ready for paint. Now all there is left is to do the body work on the doors and do a preassembly.
Oh wait, we still don't have a drivers side door to work on yet. Damn. Need to find one soon! (D)

Re: What did you get done?
Took my 3 year old son to his first Monster Truck Jam at Alltel Stadium on Saturday. Had a blast. He loved it!! First time i've been to one in YEARS! Couldn't believe there were close to 45,000 people there! Got home around 11:30 to find some nice Summit Racing boxes next to the front door. Fuel Cell, hoses and fittings are here!!
Sunday, went out to my parents place and spent the day with my dad. Did some woodworking with him and then threw some horseshoes while telling lies and drinking a few beers. Back to work today...
