Will it fit??
A man offered me a tilt column from a 85 chevy, silverado i think, will if fit in my 72? What mods are needed? What about length difference, and is dia. same to allow fitting into shape of dash bezel?

Its a hack job to install. I instaled one fon an 80 caprise and had to hack the column and the dach bezel. Hold out for a van column. Or original truck column.

Can be done.It will take alot of work.Assuming it`s an automatic,shift indicator?
