Arizona license plates
ok guys I have 2 questions here. I am looking for a decent shape 1971 Arizona license plate. does anyone have one they would like to sell? Second the only plates I have found are 1969 stamped plates with 71 stickers on them. Did they make 1971 stamped plates? if they are not stamped 71 i don't think i want em. I have 1971 Oklahoma plates on my truck now i wanted a Az. plate on the front since thats where is was bought by my father and spent most of its life. If anyone has the plates or any info on this please let me know. Thanks!

They made em in 69 and used them for 6-7 years then they came out with another set in like 77. My 70 RS/SS Camaro had a 69 plate on it and I have another set or two, but that is it. Try calling az DMV and see if they can give you more info. To my knowledge you are only aloud to run the plate that the vehicle is registered in so the OK plate is it unless you move back here!

yeah i was only going to put the az plate on the front not actualy register the truck with that plate. I saw the one on ebay but didn't know if they actualy made a 71 plate i guess i will just bid on that one and put in on the front.thanks for the info guys.
