81 LWB uneven in the back

I am going to buy an 81 LWB this weekend from a buddy of mine and noticed that the truck is uneven in height at the back of the truck. Both tires are aired up. What could be causing this, weakened leaf spring?

That was what I figured. I am going to put new overload springs on it as it is going to be used as a tow vehicle. I guy at my work told me that alot of old Chevy 1/2 ton farm trucks had cracked frames because they use to but full hay bails in the back and would crack them bouncing down the road. I figured if the frame was busted it would be alot worse than it was.

If its just a slight difference it could be from the gas tank. All the years of hauling around 20 gals of gas on one side makes that side sit a little lower.

Could also be that the bed supports are rusted away and letting it drop down on one side.
