Re: Let`s see the oldies

man, that reminds me of a 1956 GMC 1 ton with a Napco conversion that I almost bought. Missed out on it tho
Some day, I will have one though. In my personal opinion, the '56 GMC's are the best looking trucks ever made, period (closely followed by the 68-70s )

Re: Let`s see the oldies

Yeah, even FlOoReDs.Most of those were Marmon-Herrington conversions.Marmon-Herrington even produced their own Carry-All vehicle from a late 40s/early 50s Panel, called it a Ranger. There were even Cars converted back then.I have prints of some.

Re: Let`s see the oldies

Here's some pics on my computer I saved. The first pic is an AWESOME truck! It's a 71-72 NAPCO conversion. Anybody knows who owns it??? There's also a '56 2 ton NAPCO, a 1970 K/50 NAPCO, and a 1955 1 ton NAPCO stepside with a HUGE PTO winch on the front. All of these were on eBay except the 71-72 flatbed.

Re: Let`s see the oldies

More, first two are a '58 or '59 NAPCO. Don't know anything about it. Next is a 1965-1966 K/50. Don't know anything about it either other than it was on eBay. And the last looks like a '68 with big tires!

Re: Let`s see the oldies

Cool snub-nose.Let me dig out those 4wd cars...Here`s the only one,a Marmon-Herrington Mercury:

The other picture was two red`48 Chevy woodies,a car and a truck side by side.Hate to tease, but they`re 2wd.I want to start a woody thread in the extremely slow "Other Vehicles" section.
Another Dodge,trying to stay early`60s-back:

I was looking for another Ford. But,here`s a woody for ya,IH:

One more people hauler,Power Wagon-style:
