Question 67 power steering and 68 up p.s??

I always thought the 67' power steering box was the same as the 68 and above? After reading the won't fit 67 post today it appears the 67 is a ram style power steering? What's the difference?

I have both a 67, 68 parts truck with power boxes. Which one should I use? Is the 68 style superior to the other style?

Between, heating, dimpling frames for power steering, changing over to disc brakes I'm considering using a 71 chevy frame with leaf springs, just putting my 67 body on it!!!!
