Easy Winshield Washer
My truck, like alot of others had serious issues with getting enough water on the glass to do the job. Here is how I fixed it.
Obtain a Dodge Ram like this. Chisel out the mounting bracket. It has 2 spot welds. They come apart easy. The mounting bracket spot welds get gound smooth and the bracket gets painted. Push the hose from the washer bottle 3 - 4 inches up your original hose. Cut Your supply hoses and install a vacuum tee. Pull the connector from your washer motor and use spade connectors to hook it up to your new washer. Works great. Last edited by low'n slow; 03-12-2006 at 12:10 AM. |

Thats cool, Thanks. I'm gonna head to the Junkyard on Monday to look for something similar.

Re: Easy Winshield Washer
I got a small car jug with electruc motor and the arm sprayers and hooked up. I placed the sprayers in boiling hot water and vise gripped them on the arms to stay until they cooled off.
