Can you please post pics of your lowered '67-72?

I know this has probobly been asked about 100 times, sorry.

Lets see your pics of your trucks that are lowered, as well, could you please state how much you lowered it, and with what method. Tire sizes would be great.

(I want to save this thread for future reference)

Thanks!
Reid

3/6 drop ECE rear set up front cut coil. Redoing the front with ECE spindles and springs (4inch). Rear springs have air products air bags so I can still haul and tow.

really old pics of my truck

He's the last pic I have of my truck with a body and engine/trans in it. The front stance is about where i'm going to be. I'm going to bring the rear down more with some homemade lowering blocks.

In the pic:
Front 2.5" drop disc spindles, original front springs w/1/4 coil cut out.

Rear: 3" drop springs, Early Classic extended track bar and shock relocators.

Hey REPO1, I went through Sylvan Lake on July 10th. I was there for only 2 hours or so, visiting some friends of the family. You may have seen Larry with his Charger at some of the local shows. He has a 70 Charger that is Light metallic blue with a white top and an all original Magnum 383. I will be coming throught here again , but not till next year sometime. I'll have to look you up next time.

Here's my 72'! Not sure on the drop, but its had front coils cut and in the rear with drop coils, 3 inch blocks and relocators I believe? Maybe its a 4/5? I bet one of you guys can make a better guess that me though,. To be honest, I'd rather have bags though, easier to get under it when you can raise it up..lowered trucks suck if you forget to bring your jack stands home

Amount lowered can be measured in feet... but I haven't bothered to actually do that Slammed67 and I are at about the same place (but he's going to have to raise his a tad once he gets the front sheetmetal on it.

Lowering method--

Front = spindles and air
Rear = blocks, air, long Panhard bar, frame notch

Yooper lowering job
Front-Cut coils
Rear-Heated coils with lowering blocks
Rides Like $hit.
I don't recommend this method (unless you're poor and in high school like I was)

Soon to have dropped spindles (does anybody have some for sale?) and Eibach lowering springs up front, and QA4 coilover in the rear.

Keep 'em coming! There are alot more slammed trucks than I thought!

Looks like a 4/6 is the way to go. I would love to bag it, but the cost is a bit steep for me right now. Got to have paint first.

Kenneth (XXL): Raise it up a tad?????? But I worked so hard to get it that low!!! Yeah, I'll most likely end up installing some bump stops to keep the front from sitting on the ground. I had about an inch clearance, but the addition of the cab cut that in half!

SCOTI: I really like the stance of your truck. Cool!
