how to powder coat a PS box!
hey guys quick question so i got this powersteering box that i need sandblasted and powder coated now i know there is the top rubber seal how do u guys usually get them powder coated without the seal getting cooked outta them????

I don't PC PS pumps & boxes or anything that the heat will damage.
Blast the parts and shoot them with acrylic enamel with a hardener/additive. |

i'd think you'd have to strip the box naked and blast and degrease it first// heating up while filled with flamable grease doesn't sound like a good idea to me

If it's rubber it'll get cooked, take it off before you send it into the oven.
