I'm looking for a 1972 Chevy short wheel base chassis with a cab or at least the matching VIN plate. A parts truck would be fine too as long as the price is right and the chassis is straight.

I have a 67 4X4 that is a short bed? Are you looking for 2wd?

Actually I'm looking for a 2WD. Sorry I forgot to mention that. Also I'm looking for a 1972 only because I want the VIN to be correct for that year.

I do have a 72 SWB fleet, with matching title,VIN & frame numbers. $1,500
It is complete and runs -BUT-

the body is rough///needs replaced---period!!!

Ok, thank you. I'll keep that in mind. I'm hoping to find something that isn't quite so complete, and maybe a little closer to me.
