brakes 75 k-10

New to the site and need some info about the proportioning valve on my 75 k-10.The rear wheel cylinder blew out on the drivers side and i replaced it and the shoes. My problem is is that i don't have any pressure to the back brakes.I'm not sure if it is the valve or the master cylinder, which is new but a rebuilt, anybody know if there is a way to reset the valve or where to find a new one.Other than lmc truck because there shipping is killing me.Thank you for the help.
