Smoothing the firewall

I was at a car show yesterday and saw the difference between a smoothed firewall and a stock one.... dang, it was HUGE!! I am at the pt now where I can still do that. What holes can be left and which need to be covered? I know the column can be left and its got PS... whatelse? I will put in Vintage air, its a nonair truck now. Thank you.

Re: Smoothing the firewall

Me no havy all them holes. I got 4 hoses that go through on the passenger side for my Hypercool A/C-Heat-Defrost system, and that is it. Well I have the normal driver side stuff too. But all in all it is neat. One day I will be able to show pics of this stuff.
