Will a 67-72 behind the seat fuel tank fit in a 65 behind the seat location? If yes bolt right in or does it need a mod?

I don't know about the fit, but the fuel sending unit won't work with the '65 fuel guage.

They wont bolt in,the 60-66 tanks have two straps that hold them in and the 67-72 tanks bolt to the ribs on the back of the cab.
