Need quick help on tire size
Hi folks, the 67 SWB is going back on the ground today but I've got to buy tires first. It's just been lowered with a ECE 2/4 kit and I'll be running freshly blasted and powdercoated 15x8 truck rallys. I was thinking about 275-60-15's but wanted the input from other forum members before I drop the money. Thanks, bighead

Re: Need quick help on tire size
That is exactly what I am running on my 71 SWB. I have no problems with them at all.

Re: Need quick help on tire size
That's what I have on mine, though I'm only lowered 1/2. I'm gonna go lower later and I will run 275/60 rear and 255/60 front.
Either way will work great. Linky in siggy

Re: Need quick help on tire size
As of today I am currently running 15x8 rally wheels with 275/60 tires. My drop is a little more than yours but it fits and works just fine. I have a 3.5" front and 6" rear drop.

Re: Need quick help on tire size
My old 70 step'r was layed out, I was running like a 6/8 drop I think,
maybe it was a 4/6 and just looked low, but it was lower than Asa's posted above, I ran 4wd rally's and F was 225/60, R was 295/50

Re: Need quick help on tire size
275 rear 255 front work great here.
