Re: Coilover Shocks
One of the suppliers like chevy duty, ECE, etc has a conversion setup for the rear trailing arm 67-72 trucks. As a note I have a set of Alden Coilovers 13" eye to eye that can be used, I had taken them off my 67 with a 4 link setup. All that would be needed is to fab up some brackets.

Re: Coilover Shocks
I have to agree with Bowtie67 I have a front IFS kit with coilovers and dont see how they could be used with stock arms.
I also have the rear coilover kit from cpp. It was really easy to install and they look good. |

Re: Coilover Shocks
I did get the 4.5" kit. My truck is about a month or so from getting on the road so I cant answer about the ride quality.

Re: Coilover Shocks
If they can put an airbag there with a shock I would think that a coil overs wouldn't be much of a leap.
I would check with Chris Alston or Art Morrison, the street rods use them a lot around here. Just a thought |
