Re: true or false question?

A triangulated 4-link in "self centering". It doesn't need a watts link or panhard bar, to center it in the chassis, like a parallel 4-link or 2-link does. Sorry no pic.

Go ahead and get it, and then sell it to me for a significant discount when you end up not needing it

But don't actually bolt it up, because, as others have indicated, you're going to bend something as they compete with each other for control... I don't want my new Watts link bent

Re: true or false question?

I don't know that it really would bind or bend anything.......It's not needed, but if you wanted it for looks (and had the cash) why not? A watts link keeps the axle centered not just attached to one side like the traditional panhard rod does. So if the triangulated 4-link and the watts link are doing the same thing.........though redundant, not a problem.
A panhard rod, being connected to only one side, pushes the axle toward the opposite side as the suspension moves. This would fight with the triangulated 4-link.

Re: true or false question?

see that is what i was thinking....cause the tabs for the 4-link are mounted on the top and bottom of axle tube, and the watts links are mounted on side of frame, back of axle tube, and on the diff. cover..............but then again it'll really serve no purpose so i'll just take that extra 500 and buy one piece window kits for my truck or something else.....

A watts link also has it's own roll center at the pivot point. If it's set up with a diferent RC than the 4-link, there can be some binding, Could be a problem.
