Scraping Noise When Cornering
OK I just replaced my brakes, wheel cylinders and adjusted them according to the haynes manual. When I corner - the body weight shifting off center the right rear wheel makes a scraping or scratching sound. No heat build up or metal grinding. Im kinda stumped on this one. Drums out of round maybe ? Is there a way to check if the axle housing is bent ?
Thanks BTW where do I send the money to becoma a paying member of the board ? |

Re: Scraping Noise When Cornering
where to send money info at:
http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/a....php?f=39&a=17 as for the scraping it could be that the drum wasn;t fastened on properly causing the scrape... may want to completely remove it again, take a look in there and reassemble it to see if soemthing came loose or just needed tightened...
