do they make a patch panel for this?
Heres a pic of my door.... I started to pick at the paint and pretty much the whole area I circled is solid rust, I poked at it and my finger went right through... so it all needs to be replaced... does anyone make a patch panel for this area?

Not that I am aware of. I have owned lots of rustbuckets and have never seen rust there...maybe time to hunt for a better cab? How bad is the rest of it?

I think your best bet is to do a cab swap. Find one at a wreker and work on it till its done, cab corners, rockers, paint the inside etc...then take a weekend to swap it over. If you plan on keeping the truck, it will be worh it in the long run.

And to think that guy was selling his "rust free" rockers here a few weeks ago, wonder how he cut them to removed them from the cab

WOW, never seen anyone do that to patch panels, can't believe he didn't try and sell the whole cab, If they sell, and I don't think so I might do the same to all my other rusted out cabs
