I found a original solid Red w/ dk Gray interior 1987 Chevy SWB 5.7 F.I. Silverado P.U. The truck has only 33 miles on the od. The man that bought the truck drove it home, lowered the truck, installed Centerline wheels and parked it in 1987. The truck is verfiable and still has the plastic on the seats. I will post pics soon...

The only change will be a set of Billet Specialties Vintecs w/ knockoffs 18" or 20".

I will first see how it was lowered and knowing this family it was done right at that time. I will not hack the truck to do airide. I will do a stagger 18"/20" Billet wheel setup and install a Magnaflow Exhaust Sytem. That will be it!

Actually I have known about this truck for a long time. I overpayed for it but what the heck! It will definitely grow in value. Hey on your Black Truck what size wheels and tires did you use and what backspace? I will have this truck at Goodguys in Ft Worth.

They are 20x8 front and 20x9.5 rear. The tires are 245/40/20 and 295/40/20 BFG G Force KDW. I went with BFG KDW tires because I wanted some sidewall in the front. They are over priced but it was all I could find at the time that had a 40 series for the front and a matching tire for the rear.

Sounds like a sweet truck can't what to see pics of it.

I can't remember what year it is, but a friend of mines mom has silverado 1/2 ton that is perfect with less than 20000 miles on it. It is a '85 to '87 is all I remember. She will never get rid of it as long as she is alive.

Not to tell you what to do but if it only has 33 original miles on it make it stock and put it in a big ol plastic bubble(its a shame to not be driven but look a little into the future)when some one gets one to restore at a later time. Imagine how nice it would be to have a factory correct one with every thing in the correct place.They could drop by Perry's garage put on the biohazard suit so that they don't get any foregin opjects on or near it

I would also like to see pics, I thought that any thing below 200000 miles was lowmilage for these trucks

guess I was mistaken.
