Whats it worth ? 8 ft stepside 73-80

Got the chance to buy a 8 ft step side truck locally the bed will need fender work on both sides and by the looks of the crap in the bed probably new wood flooring its a 6cyl truck not sure if 250 or 292 didn't bother to look the front fenders are rough at the bottoms as are the doors runs great 3 on the tree has just over 70 k tan interior with usual fading cracking was gonna buy and part it if any takers let me know will be glad to post prices as soon as the title is in hand but wanted to know what you guys thought was fair on price before I buy thanks for any input Mike

I wouldn't pay more than $500-700 for it if it is rusty...there isn't really anything special about the truck.
