Krue & gregbr- Here are the front shaft pics. The splines have a little bit of slack, but I took it apart and looked, and they are far from worn out. I could see very little wear. It does need ujoints though. The t-case is sold. What brackets do you need? I still have the crossmember & skidplate.
Robb- The tailgate panel is not great, just a descent driver with small dings, and a screw in the M. Overall pretty straight. Luis- I will get some pics of the rear shaft. Thanks!

Luis- Here are the pics of the rear shaft. It looks like it's in pretty good shape, with no slack, and the u-joints seem ok.
