4x4 Engine Swap

I couldn't find the info on the forum anywere so I hope someone can help.
I plan on pulling the 350 out of my 80 4x4 and installing a inline 6. I noticed that the right motor mount is ahead of the v8 one. Can I change the mount support or do I have to replace the crossmember?

Re: 4x4 Engine Swap

All you should have to replace are the engine mounts and the frame stands. The required holes should already be in the frame rails and crossmember. I just went from a v-6 to v-8. Everything was a simple remove and replace.
