1990 Chevrolet
I am about to buy a 1990 Chevy 1500 pickup,with the paint pealing off. I was told that there was a recall on the paint jobs in the early 90's and the truck was repainted about 1996 by the Chevrolet dealer.
The paint is pealing off again. My question is there anything I can do to keep a new paint job on. Or will the body have to be taken down to the metal and reprimed? Or should I not buy it. Has anyone else had this problem? |
