Wanted: 5-lug coil axle in Colorado

Hey all,

Anybody have a '71 or '72 rear axle (from a coil-spring truck) here in Colorado? Even just a housing would be acceptable (I have axleshafts, backing plates, etc), but having a carrier and gears would be a big plus.

Would prefer a 3.08 gear
Would prefer positraction

Let me know what's out there! Thank you

John

James - let me know what you find out, and thanks

Cadiac - fair price, I'd take it if you weren't 500 miles away Know of a way to get it closer? Any board members taking a trip and want some help with fuel costs?

John

1971custom, I don't mean to highjack, but I would be interested in the leaf rear if veedublu isn't.

You're welcome to it, Powell72... unless it has 3.08 gears and a posi carrier, I'm not interested.

Any others floating around??
