Steering Column Squeak
Did a search and found nothing. My column has a very ligh squeak when the wheel is tuned just a small bit. At center position if I turn an inch or so in either direction I can hear it from behind the wheel. Before I yank the wheel anybody know what it might be?

Re: Steering Column Squeak
Might be the upper column bearing

Re: Steering Column Squeak
I've had this problem before. I fixed it by lubing the horn contact.

What did you use for lube? Silicone spray?

Re: Steering Column Squeak
Bike grease, I think. Nothing fancy.
With WD-40 you might be able to get it w/o removing the steering wheel.
