Just a small crack...

Think this manifold crack would respond well to a dab of JB Weld!?

Pull that busted piece back up and wrap some bailing wire around it and the manifold, instant repair that should last awhile.

POR-15 makes some high temp stuff (Fireseal) for repairing cracks in the exhaust manifolds. Does a real good job.

Hmmm. So I guess this would have been ideal for repairing that small crack that was driving me crazy? Oh well my new manifold should be here any day.

I broke one off just like that before. Had 14 railroad ties in the back, and trying to get out of the railroad ditch. Hit something solid hidden in the grass. Just couldn't stop all that weight, and had a very loud ride back to town.
