I think the astro-turf in the bed makes it worth every penny of the $127 it is currently bringing.

Thumbs down Re: Ebay "Show Truck" ...NOT (Not Mine)

Did he get the color scheme from some kids coloring book? How disgustingly mismatched could you get. BLahhhh. The quality of the paint does not look anywhere near even a daily driver to be proud of.

Same here, wasn't it a couple months ago though? Anyway, if this feller is a board memeber I apologize, but what the crap? Show truck? Just a few things... the doors are misaligned and dented, the bed and cab bodyline look to be an inch or so off on the passenger side, giant speaker holes in the doors, and flouresent spray paint DOES NOT look good on a 67 grill or engine compartment. 305 high performance v-8? Maybe he's lysdexic like me and meant to put "350" not "305"

In all seriousness, aside from the sellers total BS description, that looks like a truck I'd pay 3K for, pending a personal inspection to check for bondo filled rust holes or dents

It's pretty tight. That must be one nice 305 that they paid $2500 alone for!

Re: Ebay "Show Truck" ...NOT (Not Mine)

Makes me want to "Shrow Up!"

If it were matched somewhat decent, maybe it would be OK...but not even that. Bright orange radiator brackets that don't match the chevy orange headers? They have those kind of people in Washington? Thought that was only down here in the South...

Re: Ebay "Show Truck" ...NOT (Not Mine)

I thought you guys would get a kick out of this one

I think he would get more responses if he'd tell it what it really is, not try and blow it up to make people think they are getting a bargain....THAT, or he needs to just clean the dirt off his glasses.

I think his standards are just very low of what a show truck should look like, maybe he's never actually seen a show truck before

Peace,

Mike

Re: Ebay "Show Truck" ...NOT (Not Mine)

If that's a show truck then get me Barret Jackson on the phone. I'm putting mine up for auction!

I also like the fact that he mentions that he's selling the property and moving AND offers a 90 day warrantee on the engine all in the same ad. I guess you'd have to tow it to AZ to have him fix it.

Re: Ebay "Show Truck" ...NOT (Not Mine)

$2500 reserve in their defense I think that the paint looks mismatched due to the camera/lighting but no where near show truck

Re: Ebay "Show Truck" ...NOT (Not Mine)

Maybe in his mine, it's a show truck. This one reminds me of a Mustang I saw years ago at a show. He had use wood wall paneling for the door panels and shag carpeting for the floor. Also used a lot of fluorescent paints, like this guy did. Oh well, I'd give him $500.00.....good parts truck
