I looked at a 63 caddy done up like that.It was in York Pa.Wasn't in bad shape,but he wanted way to much.Drove by 5 years later,still in same spot,same price,but now it had a ring of rust laying on the ground were it was literally rusting away.Last time by it and the garage were both gone and it is now an empty lot.This one was built as a flower car for funerals.

That is actually called a "Flower Car" some fueneral homes used them to transport flowers from the home to the grave sight. Kinda morbid.

The one I looked at was a flower car.The one on ebay was sold as a pickup.He has the brochure in one of the pics.

Many funeral homes did in fact buy them, but it was not an exclusive thing though.

We had a Harley dealer who bought a new one every 2 years. His were built in Texas. He quit buying them in the 70s when Harley sales went south.
