How to attach Cragar caps????

I just bought 4 new Cragar SS wheels, got them home, and figured I would go ahead and attach the center caps. They fit so loose that when I stand the wheels up straight they fall off. There is a little plate on the back with a screw in it but I cant see how it could be used to secure the caps in place.

Anyone with advice???? Please jump in....

Perfect. I found that I needed to unscrew the back plate and use it to clamp the the cap on to the wheel.
