had springs on it already old nasty ones. Just took them off and put those on. Used two guys and pulled with a towel was very easy.

And just where perzactly did you get these so called hood springs?

Those look great man - as well as your hole underhood.
I especially like the fitting on your booster.

I may go for some of those instead of my painted to match springs though - as they would break up that area a little.

got the fitting from summit. The springs I am afriad to say I got from the dreaded ebay chrome guy, took a chance and turned out ok but i would not push my luck.

According to Tim Christian at a recent car show, the springs are springs
are springs, you can get em anywhere, the hinges on the otherhand

It is my daily driver rain or shine its my only set of wheels. I dont know of anyother place to get them other than have them chromed yourself.

That looks really nice!!!

I've been tempted to put chrome springs on my vehicles but have always wondered how well the chrome would hold up over time with the opening and shutting.
