Installing an 83 tilt into a 69 burb
Has anyone done this, It looks like I will have to replace my brake pedal assembly with a 73-87 one. Also will I still be able to use my 67-72 power booster, master cyl and Prop valve set up.

are you doing this for the tilt wheel feature or for the security of locking steering? because the van tilt columns from the '70's will bolt in.

The 83 tilt has the ignition in it, cruise control and locking ability.
What years in the 70's did the vans have a tilt that will fit. Thanks John |

i know the '75, '76 and '77s will work, some had a different shaped plug for the turn signals, and there are adapters available, one is curved and one is flat, check yours and get one like it,
good luck! |
