4" lift any driveshaft changes required?
If I put 4" springs in the front and blocks in the rear, do I need to make any changes to my front and rear drive shafts?

Shouldn't. If you notice any vibrations maybe drop the transfer an inch.

Didn't on mine. 4" is within the reach of the stock drivelines. If you notice some vibrations it should be easy to fix. either by dropping the rear of the tcase or giving the rear axle a little more pinion angle(wedge under the block). Just go buy a magnetic angle finder at sears or other tool store (under $15) and measure the u-joint angles. The front and rear joints should be at equal and opposing within .5*. Meaning one reading is going to be say 2* the other end should be -2*. If you have more than 1* difference it's going to eat u-joints.

I had to add a CV joint on my front driveshaft when I did my initial 4" lift on my 69 K20. It has a Rockwell T221 transfer case.
