Trouble finding PS hoses for '72 K-20
Replacing engine and decided to replace PS hoses. The high pressure line came off relatively easily. The return hose was different story. Broke.
Went to NAPA, Advanced, etc., and they can't come up with a replacement. Searched the board here and seen some custom options like classictube.com. Does GM stock these? Would hoses from place like YearOne be correct? Or should I just have some fabricated here in town? Suggestions??? Here are pics:

Re: Trouble finding PS hoses for '72 K-20
I'm looking for the same hoses. I CAN get the pressure hose. I had to order it and I pick it up tonight. It was $15.XX at Advance Auto. Return hose as far as I can tell is "un-available". I plan to buy a piece of metal tubing the same size as the output hose and bent/flare it myself. Luckily I have the tools to do it. I don't know any other way besides a junk-yard.
GOOD LUCK ! Just returned from Advance. Got the pressure hose. Its the right one.....(made in Mexico...oh well.) Also picked up some brake line to match the metal on the pressure hose. Bought a 2 ft stick with both end flaired and fittings for $3.88. I'll bend to match the old and then use the rubber hose and clamps. Its the return/low pressure side so it'll work good. Re: Trouble finding PS hoses for '72 K-20
Advance ordered me two high pres hoses...neither worked. I returne them and the guy literally opened every box he had in stock to see if one matched. Nothing.
He ended up giving me one from mid 70's truck. Looks like it might work, but I will have to wait until have engine in to be sure. Thanks for idea on low pressure line. I'll probably have to fabricate my own also. Bummer.

Have you tried GMC Paul? Both hoses are listed on his parts site.
