I am having a hard time finding a lower radiator hose to fit the Blazer. I have 3 in body lift and I am using a 4 core with the lower neck angled up. I have tried several different hoses and none of them seem to fit. Has anyone experienced this before? If so would you happen to have the hose number handy?

You may want to try the cool flex hose that summit sell's its copper and you can form it any way you want to fit your needs..

I would just cut the frame horns off and move them up....

Sure why not its just frame make sure its done right you can't tell me thats any different than some of these monster notches people are putting in the rear of there trucks these days????

Thanks Gents for the replies. I found a rubber flex hose at O'Rilies that seems to fit ok. The other universal hoses I have seen were upwards of 50-150 dollars. A bit more than what I need for a 4x4.

VT- I don’t have the bumpers on right now but I can see the gap that I am going to have. I plan to fabricate a piece of steel to feel the void. Paint it to mach and attach it to the frame and grill for support.

No offense but I just don't understand having a 3" body lift.
Why do it? Is it the cost?

IMO, putting on an entire new leaf set up would be easier by the time you finish up stretching everything out.

Post up some pics, I'd like to see how it looks.

I can help a little with pics (I'm assuming it's the same blazer). I may be wrong but I believe it had the body lift when he got it.

Het VT, I have a 3 inch body and it works great. Front of the frame was cut to move the bumper up and some custom gap fillers when to look through the wheel well.

VT, opinions vary.

I SHOULD have the blazer drivable by the end of the weekend. Roll it out of the garage and put the new 35's on it.

2wd, you have that and a 6" lift, right? To fit the 38's.

I put a 2" body lift on my Trazer. Truck cab on blazer frame. Needed that much to get rear of cab off the frame. Front bumper lines up with the bottom of valance. No gap looks good. Any higher and you would definitely need to move bumper up or fill gap with sheet metal. Rick
