1967 K20 4x4 Cummins Diesel + Tilt Hood on ebay

I know there was a long running diesel thread awhile ago, but I can't find it but here is an intresting one on ebay:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1967-...QQcmdZViewItem

I like what they did for the instrument panel. I presume they are all electrial Dodge instruments?

That is very cool...but you would think he could have put in a new seat? Or cover at least?!! And what about floor mat?

I agree, especially for 25 BIG ones.I`d love to have that or do the same. The Dodge mirrors are a mistake,IMHO.And,there needs to be some kind of inner fenders to make it right.I really dig everything else about the truck.I imagine they had to transfer all the electronics over including the instrument panel for the speedo.I didn`t read the description, but if it`s a later EFI they needed to full cluster/sensor package. If it`s done right,I`d rather have that for $25,000 than a new truck.

One thing I wanted to point out. The original diesel thread was more about the 4BT you can find in the old Chevy box trucks. This looks more like a graft of the Dodge computer controlled 6BT. I would much rather have something that doesn't count on computers made by Dodge to run!

It does look cool tho.....

Its a nice truck but for 25 grand, its alittle rough. Anyone notice fiberglass center hump? It's somewhat rough for the money.

Interesting intercooler arrangement. I wish I could see it in person to get ideas. The unfinished look leaves lots of room for personal customization. It doesn't seem to have been butchered at all in the process of stuffing the CTD in there.

Isn't that the way the Dodge CTD trucks come?

Thats a 12 valve though. It will run on its own. All mechanical fuel delivery and injection. It may have a computer, but its more there for cruise, speedo and such.
