Sway Bar in, Tie rods in...all painted to match!

I think I read TX Firefighters thread a few years ago and bought all the parts I needed to put a front sway bar in. I sanded them all up, primed and painted them to match my truck. Tie Rods are all in to and a painted in Torch Red also. Moog blue bushing and nice ECE lowered sway bar mounts.
Here they are sitting where they belong, they've been in the basement for over a year! Front suspension has now been fully restored and replaced all new parts except used original A arms. Still need to hook up brake lines and fuel lines and engine hoses...and more and more....someday!

WOW! I mean WOW!

This is my first time seeing pics of your front suspension. Thanks for making my obsession seem sane, again.

Everytime I put another piece of the puzzel together it wows me! Bed off FuelCellGuy tank and run fuel lines is next! Ahhhh polished aluminum fuel lines, to keep the wow factor going! LOL! Or maybe it's the "Insanity" going LOL!

Re: Sway Bar in, Tie rods in...all painted to match!

Well for me this truck is just a full scale model and when I was a kid I didn't put them together without painting the pieces, ain't gonna change now, LOL!

I took measurements prior to taking it apart and everything has been put back together following those measurements. I am going to take it to an alignment shop just to have it all checked. They will see the condition and all the nicely painted parts and will go easy on her...or else! A scuff here and there can be fixed...I'm not going to worry about that.
