Roll bar vs soft top

I recently picked up a new soft top for my rig....and I have the smitty built roll bar too....is there any interferance between the roll bar and soft top during installation or folding of the soft top? The top is the old snap type with the sloped rear..... Thanks all.......

Re: Roll bar vs soft top

Depends on which smitty bar you have? Can you post a pic? If it has the
really long rear bars that go past the wheel tubs you might have issues?

Re: Roll bar vs soft top

I had a Smitty bar (not a cage) on my '69 with a Kayline snap top. There was no problems with interference. The front hoop sat behind the roll bar (if I remember correctly).

Re: Roll bar vs soft top

I was seriously giving patch some insight... but you're right, even though i didn't even say anything "not nice" - i'll delete the post anyways.

good luck patch..
