Suburban value question
I have never owned a Sub or a big block. A friend of a friend has a 72' 3/4 ton 2 wheel drive for sale in pretty rough shape. The big block 402 is the original and has had the top end recently rebuilt including the heads, cam and timing chain. It is a 4 speed with a new clutch. It is rusted in the usual places but not as bad as some. The guy wants $1200 for it and I think that is too much since it hasn't been driven in a few years. With the decent motor what would you say the value is?

Re: Suburban value question
Pics... Without pics all I can say is it sounds about right if it's complete and the engine is in good shape as described.

Re: Suburban value question
Sounds like a bargain to me. If it were in my neighborhood I would have my 9th suburban in the shed..........Thank you for being in WA!
