Why not just park it untill you can get to it? Mine sat for 3 years and cost me absolutly nothing in that time. Or, just drive it as a daily driver, then take it under the knife later one.
You KNOW you'll play hell trying to find something comparable to that when you decide to try again...esp in this neck of the woods.

Thats a nice lookin' truck. It would be hard to replace that when/if you ever decide you'll have the time to restore a truck.

Re: undecided - stay or go?

i just let one of those go about a month ago. i really really wanted one and one of the board members turned me onto where this one was hiding. after some bs haggling with the owners i was able to buy it. all black with black interior cheyenne super. it sat and sat, and i had other projects i was working on, blah blah so...i let it go. now...IM KICKING MYSELF !!!!!! keep it if you're financially able to. i would love to have your truck , but it's in nicer shape than the one i let go so probably out of my price range if you ever put it up for sale....well back to working on the panel. (for now)

Re: undecided - stay or go?

I'd keep it. It doesn't cost you anything to let it sit for a while and you might change your mind about it in the future.

Re: undecided - stay or go?

How is it for rust, cab corners, rockers, cab floor braces, under the battery, floor pans etc ? How many miles and any major repairs done ? Condition is the key, it boils down to how much to fix, determines worth. Guess I'm asking for more info and details.
