Re: Bed Caps ?

I got mine from Gaylord in California. Look them up on the web and try to find a dealer near you. Mine is fiberglass and is top quality. Should be some pics on my photo link.

Re: Bed Caps ?

Checker Industries, in Benton, KY is another source. They have tonneau covers, both hard and soft, for our trucks. They're prices are reasonable, too. Gaylord has good stuff, but pricier.

Seems that the Kentucky business sells them under the Checkmate brand.

Re: Bed Caps ?

I know what you are talking about. If you can't find the correct ones, I looked at some many years ago that were a pretty good fit. IIRC, they were made for a Dodge -- not sure about what years Dodge, though. Most likely 1980s...

Re: Bed Caps ?

You give them the paint code and they paint it for you. they have two locks, air shocks and I got carpet lined on mine. Good stuff. Look under Camaros and classics. They call them lids.

Re: Bed Caps ?

Bed rail caps,I believe.I call a cap what some call a topper, canopy, shell,or camper.Gaylord`s & Checkmate make bed covers,or hard tonneaus. The first is elevated even or higher than the cab.The latter lays flat acroos the top of the bed.

Re: Bed Caps ?

There seems to be some confusion here, or maybe it's just me. These are bed rail caps -- to me, anyway... http://www.aztrucks.com/category.asp?product=9

Re: Bed Caps ?

Why, so they do -- polished SS, diamond plate, or vinyl.
