68 window regulator swap

Im planning on doing the swap here soon, has there been a write up on it or something,,I did do a search not much came up.
Is it hard or just a time consuming type thing. Getting to be a real pain to 'help' my windows up. Oh and I put on a little thicker panels, ie, do I need longer shafts ? With the crank I have now it seems real close.
Thanks Mark

Re: 68 window regulator swap

Try going to FAQ Submissions board, look at the Index thread and there's a link to several articles on this. If you need longer shafts consider the 72 regulator (may be too long, I don't remember the difference).
