What's this?

Anybody know what this is? There is one on each side of the frame in the same spot. Nothing's bolted to it. It's there from the P.O.

Overload spring frame bracket. You are missing the single flat spring that curves it's way up to just behind the axle.

they are not important at all if you aren't hauling anything.
Just make sure to get everything off of there, and keep it all together. It is a some what hard to find option, and I'm sure it's worth a million bucks to someone... well, maybe 50 bucks anyways.

My C20 has a three leaf overload set up. I've been told is was part of a 13000lb. option.

it isn't part of an option... it is an option.
the one pictured here, is a 500 pound load avalible on C/10 only, and only on coil spring, LWB trucks.
