Finally scored the correct GMC one for my old girl. This gate is in great shape. I live in the rust free south west. Mild surface rust from being left in a cheap priemer but it's straight and clean. All yours for $40 plus actual shipping from 85032. As an estimate, I just bought my GMC gate from a guy in PA and it was about $30 to ship. I am new at shipping to a seller, I am willing to ship with whoever you want as long as they are in my area. Please respond only in this thread.

I read the whole build up of your truck. You are making me green with envy! I looked at a 56 that came from Colorado. Very clean for a 50 year old truck. Someone cobbled 74 Blazer axles, NP205 transfer case, TH350 Tranny in the truck They used two 3" channel steel to raise the rear end! The only good point was the body and the 454 under the hood. He wants $2500 for it, and I think he's crazy. I'll give him a couple weeks, then offer him $1800 and see if he bites.

I hope that works out, it sounds liks a reasonable price to me if the body is that nice. Hey a good running BBC these days is pricey by itself. Hope to see a thread started on your build up soon. Thanks for the props on my project, she coming along, a little slower than I was hoping for but where we are getting there.
