Post 1972 Chevy Truck PICS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm now driving it to school everyday (until i get grounded !!
All we have to do now is the door panels and the bed liner and the bed cover
What does everyone think about carpeting the bed????? Is that a good idea or not?

Dont drive that to school..... you'll regret it. Someone will rearend you, key it, door ding, etc. Just my word of caution..... because if your high school was anything like mine when i went to high school, people were brutal on cars.... especially sweet classics.

Nice truck!!!
I would say no to the carpet.
I think it just might be that the windshield is new (answer to the question above, and most of us have older ones that have changed colors)
nice truck. Looks like it has a nice shiny paint job. I like it a lot.

Runs well... working on body.
Plan to get painted weekend before memorial day weekend.
Planned to be done March 7 when I turned 16. Didn't happen. Chose to do better job and be behind schedule instead of 1/2 doing it and it looking like junk.

Mosture from rain, ect, will get trapped under the carpet, causing problems.

Nice truck!
Since you said you were getting a bed cover, I like the idea of the carpet. They make polypropelene carpets that withstand the weather. Yours will always be under the cover so that should not be a problem.

Nice Truck. There's no windshield in the bottom two pics. Notice that the side marker lights are not installed either. Those would be earlier pics.

Sweet truck! I gotta say no to the carpet too, it will get wet and stay wet for a long time, making rust form. Get i spray in or brush in bedliner .
I drive my truck to school everyday, so far no one has messed with it that i know of......
