5 lug slots

these were on a truck we recently purchased, not for sale yet, and on the lugnuts were these spacer thingys(?). First question I have is how to figure what size they are ? 5 on 5 or 5 on 4 3/4. here's a few pics, notice the sema sticker..hummmmm. sencond is, whats the best way to clean these? Thanks.

They appear to be 5x4.5. Edge of one lugnut to the middle of the opposite one for a 5 lug wheel pattern.

With the "spacer thingies" it would make them universal. They should fit 5x4-1/2 up to 5x5. The spacers are excentrics and allow the wheel to fit different bolt patterns.

lukecp is correct on how to measure 5 lug bolt pattern diameters. top edge of one stud to the middle of the 3rd stud. If that is a GM truck disc there it is 5x5.
