A/C setup

I just bought the truck so this is what, I know the pump is in good condition. I put it on a set of a/c gauges and has good pressures and doesnt make any extra noises, the condenser has no major trama, ie taken any hits from any big rocks I think it could probably use new dryer. It cools ok when its not super hot outside, it could also be from a lack of air flow across the condenser not really sure of the condition of my cooling fan. The inside unit blows a good amount of volume. This was converted to 134a from r12. The only thing I don't know is how much oil to put back in there when it is re-assembled but everything I read is that ester oil would be the perfered oil to use. It isnt off the truck yet but I assure you I will be meticulous when removing everything. I ended up buying the old air setup for under the dash so thats why I'm selling this.

Here is some pictures

Re: A/C setup

At a guess between 50-60 bucks. I would pack it effeciently and only charge what it costs to get it there.

And by the way it is off the truck and has been in the garage for the last year

Re: A/C setup

Im not far from you, Im not sure how much you are looking to get out of the whole shabang. I could come pick up, heck even remove for that matter, PM me with a round about price so I can see about rounding up some funds.

Re: A/C setup

XI. All For Sale posts shall have a price or prices, as well as your
location. No bids or auctions allowed here!!! If you don't know the
price of what you are selling, then you should do some research. If a Moderator or Administrator here asks you to post price(s) and you have not within a 12 hour time frame, they will delete your thread, period.

I missed this thread earlier. Found no price, so the 12 hour clock starts now.
