Sorry, but how did you get them without speakers? Used? You should be able to use any 6.5" speaker. Thats what I think they are for anyways. Look at speakers at a store. That size is only around 2" deep, so they would work.

Please tell me where you got the panels.
Then find some Boston Acoustics to put in them. That's what I want to do. What did you do with the "center" speaker in the dash. |

KICKPANEL SPEAKER HOUSINGS
I just bought mine from GMC PAULS I think they ran 79.00 without speakers, you can get them with some speakers for around 129.00 then the upgraded PIONERS run I think 179.00.
I put a set of INFINITY 6" in mine they fit well. I know WES carries them in his store also. RON |

I believe that the Pioneer speakers used on the kick panels are a 2-way model # TS-G1645 you can buy them through e-bay, These are a good speaker for kick panels due to the mounting depth.
I think they are still available though they may be a discontinued model. Ebay 1645 speakers

i went with the kick panels and speaker pods from rod doors, i went with 5 1/4" so it would not enterfere with the parking brake (foot operated), if you have the other parking brake then you can go with 6.5's.
Boston Acoustics separates. sound great, cost a little more but worth it.
