Fuel Neck Plug
I want to convert my truck to the aftermarket tank between the fram rails, my problem is the big hole in the cab where the neck was. Do they make a rubber plug or something to cover this??

Wes, at classic heartbeat in washington state has a filler panel (metal) for that very application. GMC Paul's is much closer to you and may have the same patch panel. Some guys go to the junkyards and cut a piece from the other side of a donor cab for this piece.

Thanks Bill...my problem is my cab is already painted...thats why I though if there is a rubber plug or something I guess I could live with it...

If that is you situation, some guys have just "faked it" and left the filler neck in place along with the external gas cap.

I'm sure I've seen rubber plugs in the past. I'm thinking it was on larger trucks that had saddle tanks from the factory.
