Leaf Spring Pads

Has anyone ever replaced their leaf spring pads. The ones that are welded to the axle tube. Mine are bent from racing. Tried a couple spring shops and they said call the dealer. The dealer computer only goes back to 1973. I need a GM part number for a 1972 Blazer leaf spring pad or perches.
Does anyone have any info on this?
